I had a great stay at this hotel in Delicias neighborhood. The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. The parking provided was very convenient, and the hotel's location right off the metro made it easy to travel to the city center. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed from the moment I walked into the lobby.

The staff at Hotel Sancho were friendly and cute. They made us feel right at home. The hotel's location was also very convenient, with a metro station right outside and only a 10-minute walk from Atocha train station. The room itself was clean and well-equipped, with comfortable mattresses and pillows. The water pressure in the shower was great, and the AC kept the room cool and silent. We also appreciated the 24-hour reception and the option to store our bags. I highly recommend this hotel for its value, location, and friendly staff.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with the Delicias metro station right across the street. This makes it easy to access public transportation and explore the city. the hotel is close to the train station, making it convenient for business travelers to reach the airport in a short amount of time.
The hotel's WiFi signal was weak and inconsistent, making it difficult to stay connected and get work done efficiently.

The location was convenient, close to the train station and subway. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and fresh. Nice roof terrace to relax on. Free WiFi worked well.

As those taking off early, the hotel's location near the metro station and proximity to the Madrid tennis open make it extremely convenient. The room amenities, including a blanket, toiletries, and adjustable room temperature, were thoughtful and accommodating. The staff went above and beyond with their service, offering better service than most four-star hotels. The hotel was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The WiFi was excellent, and the hotel's location near Atocha station and convenience stores and restaurants was perfect. The room for three was spacious, and the fridge was a great addition. The beds were really comfortable, and the terrace and library terrace were great for relaxation. The staff, particularly the slim gentlemen at reception, were attentive and helpful. The hotel was also well-placed for easy access to the city center and Caja Magica event venue.
